"Overall, I'm really happy with the Apple CarPlay kit for my CX-5. The system itself is fast and reliable, and CarPlay works flawlessly. I did get a little confused during a few steps of the installation process. I sent an email late on a Saturday afternoon expecting a reply maybe on Monday, but within about 10 minutes, I had a detailed email back with clear instructions! They even offered a phone call within the next 15 minutes if I was still stuck. That level of support on a weekend was amazing and got me up and running quickly. Highly recommend not just the product, but their customer service too!"
