Shipping Policy
- General: Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event of a stock discrepancy, customers will be contacted to choose between awaiting restocking or receiving a refund for the unavailable items.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for all orders exceeding $100 AUD across the store. This price is inclusive of sales tax. Import duties and taxes for international shipments are prepaid by Superior Tech Australia.
- Returns:
- Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt and acceptance, refunds will be processed as store credit, excluding the original shipping.
- Warranty Returns: Superior Tech Australia will happily honor any valid warranty claims submitted within 12 months of receipt. Customers must prepay return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Upon confirmation of a valid claim, customers can choose between a refund to their original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to stock availability).
- Delivery Terms:
- Domestic Transit Time (Australia & New Zealand): Expect 5-10 business days for transit via DHL after a 2-3 day handling period. Items out of local stock will be express shipped from an overseas warehouse.
- International Transit Time: Expect 5-15 business days for transit, varying based on the remoteness of the location. Specific estimates are available upon request.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Change of Delivery Address: Address changes can be accommodated before order dispatch.
- P.O. Box Shipping: Shipping to P.O. box addresses is not available via standard postal services or couriers.
- Military Address Shipping: Shipping to military addresses is available via USPS but not through courier services.
- Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock in all storage facilities, it will be cancelled and refunded, with the remaining order dispatched.
- Delivery Time Exceeded: Customers should contact Superior Tech Australia if the delivery timeframe has been exceeded for investigation.
- Tracking Notifications: Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor their shipment's progress.
- Parcels Damaged In Transit: If a parcel arrives damaged, customers are advised to refuse delivery if possible and contact customer service. For delivered damaged parcels, customer service should be contacted for guidance.
- Duties & Taxes: Sales tax is included in the website price. Import duties and taxes for international orders are prepaid.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted before order dispatch. For dispatched orders, the return policy applies.
- Insurance: Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the courier's stated value. Refunds or replacements for damaged or lost parcels will be processed after the courier's investigation is complete.
Return and refund policy
- Return Eligibility: Returns require prior authorization and adherence to the stipulated return window. Items damaged due to customer misuse are ineligible.
- Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a shipping error. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a shipping error. A 10% restocking fee applies to high-value international orders.
- Returns Due to Incompatibility: Returns due to product incompatibility are accepted within 60 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. For Australian customers, return shipping is covered (unless the incompatibility arose from customer error). International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the incompatibility is due to inaccurate product information provided by the company. Refunds for incompatibility may be issued as store credit only.
- Change of Mind Returns: Both domestic and international change-of-mind returns are accepted, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only.
- Warranty Claims: Valid warranty claims are honored for 12 months from the date of receipt (or longer if otherwise specified) Approved claims may result in a refund to the original payment method, store credit, a replacement item (subject to availability), or a partial refund/discount on a replacement if the fault is not directly attributable to the company. Customers may be required to cover return shipping costs for warranty claims.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item. Customers will receive email notification upon completion of the refund.
